Because we collect nonpublic personal financial information in connection with this service, we treat this information in accordance with the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”) and its implementing regulations, including the Privacy Rule and the Safeguards Rule. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have.

How We Use Your Information
- To match you with one or more participating hard money lenders who may be interested in your inquiry.
- To transmit your inquiry and related information to those participating lenders for their evaluation.
- To respond to your questions and to follow up about your inquiry.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services.

How We Share Your Information (GLBA Disclosure)
We share nonpublic personal financial information only as described below and as permitted by law.
- Participating lenders: When you submit an inquiry, we share your information with one or more participating hard money lenders so they can contact you and evaluate your request. Each participating lender is an independent third party and is responsible for its own use, retention, and protection of your information.
- Service providers: We share information with vendors that provide services on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery, form processing, analytics, call tracking, SMS messaging, fraud prevention, and CRM systems. These providers are bound by contract to use the information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety: We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
- Business transfers: We may transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in the event of insolvency, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
A current list of participating lenders is available upon request.
Your Right to Limit Sharing
By submitting an inquiry through the Site, you authorize us to share your information with one or more participating hard money lenders so they can respond to your inquiry. This sharing is necessary to provide the service you are requesting.
If you do not want us to share your information with participating lenders, do not submit an inquiry. You may also opt out of further communications or request that we stop sharing your information with additional participating lenders by emailing [email protected] or calling 801-516-4389. Please note that opting out through us does not by itself stop communications from participating lenders who have already received your information; you will need to contact those lenders directly to opt out of their communications.
Data Security
Consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule, we maintain a written information security program designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer information. Our program includes administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size of our operation and the sensitivity of the information we collect, such as access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and vendor oversight. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
- Access and correction: You may request that we provide a copy of the information we hold about you or correct information that is inaccurate.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
- SMS opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.
- Phone opt-out: You may ask us to stop calling you by telling us during a call or by emailing [email protected].
- Email opt-out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing us.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
